4th Annual Wellness Reset Retreat

At Move Over Breast Cancer, we believe in the power of community, connection, and courage. Our annual Reset Retreat is designed to help breast cancer survivors and thrivers step away from the noise of everyday life and rediscover strength, peace, and purpose surrounded by the healing beauty of Utah’s red rock mountains.
We’re thrilled to announce our 4th Annual Reset Retreat, taking place January 21–25, 2026 in St. George, Utah!
MOBC will once again sponsor a select group of outstanding individuals to join us for this all-expenses-paid, life-changing experience, including airfare, lodging, meals, and guided adventures.
Surrounded by the vast beauty of Utah's mountains, you'll find a renewed sense of hope and inspiration, reminding you that life after treatment is not just about survival, but rediscovering joy, purpose, and the endless opportunities that lie ahead.
Through group reflection, outdoor adventure and unforgettable connections, you'll leave with a deeper sense of self and a community that feels like family.
To be considered for this incredible opportunity, please submit a one-minute video sharing what this experience could mean for you.
You don’t need to retell your cancer story, just speak from the heart about how an adventure like this could support your healing and growth.

Items to review prior to applying:
- Please take into consideration that the nature of the adventure might be challenging, and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You will be participating in hiking and physical activities that can cause exertion. Due to this, you are required to provide a doctor’s clearance in order to participate in all activities and retreat services. Please remember to ask about risks of lymphedema.
- It is important to acknowledge that travel can be both stressful and challenging, therefore, it is essential you can handle and overcome difficulties should they arise. There are very few direct flights into St. George so there will be at least one layover/stop.
- Our first full day will be a trip to Zion National Park. While we won't be tackling any hikes that require specialized skills, it's important to note that Zion's elevation ranges from 3,666 to 8,726 feet above sea level. This change in altitude can be challenging for some, but your body will typically adjust to the change in pressure over time.
- When travelling to Utah, it’s crucial to be aware of the time zone change, as the state follows Mountain time. Hikes will start early in the morning, so it is necessary to be able to adjust your schedule accordingly.
- As part of our marketing efforts, you are required to agree to be photographed for any promotional purposes and provide us with a written testimonial that we can showcase on our website and social media platforms.
- Please note you are responsible for providing appropriate footwear and clothing for hiking activities.
- Move Over Breast Cancer will fully cover the cost of the retreat, with the exception of getting to and from Newark Airport, checked luggage fees, airport incidentals, tips, and any additional meals, snacks or drinks that are not included in the itinerary, which will be your responsibility.
- Move Over Breast Cancer will cover the expenses for air travel, and we will provide you with all flight information once booked.
- In addition to submitting the video, we ask that you complete our Intake Form, which will be emailed to you, and if selected, we will require you to sign a commitment form. The commitment form outlines that if, for any reason, you are unable to attend and need to cancel, after your airfare has been purchased, you will be responsible for reimbursing Move Over Breast Cancer for the cost of the airfare.
